The Royal Suites “Toscanella” and “Passera” occupy the entire 2nd floor of the building and are very convenient for people who want to live close each other.

Toscanella Royal Suite is part of a building dated back at least to the years 1400 and originally made of a house and its tower. This Suite is in via Toscanella, just 1 min walking distance from the famous Pitti Palace, once the official residence of the Grand Dukes of Tuscany, the Medici, and later of the Italian Royals, the Savoia family.

Toscanella Royal Suite is ideal for visiting Florence thanks to its central position: just 1 min walk from Palazzo Pitti ad the Boboli Gardens. In 5 minutes walk you can cross the Arno River on the Ponte Vecchio and in 2 more minutes you get to the Uffizi and to Piazza della Signoria with Palazzo Vecchio. The Duomo with the Cupola of Brunelleschi and the Battistero with the bronze doors by Lorenzo Ghiberti is just 10 more minutes away.

This historical Suite has just been completely renovated and we are happy to host our delighted guests since October 2024. The suite includes a large living with a sofa, 2 armchairs and a dining table, a separated kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a private bathroom with shower. We can sleep 4 adults.

The Suite has air conditioning, double heating (radiator and split inverter), free unlimited Wi-Fi.

THE RENOVATION: During the renovation workouts we have discovered and brought back to life after hundreds of years the original wooden ceiling built with a specific technique used in the XV century called "Cassettone". To preserve the original structure, we have covered the floors with oak wood, warm and smooth, best way to enjoy it is walking barefoot in the Suite.

THE LIVING: a comfortable space includes a relaxing sofa, coffee table, and two armchairs, and it is equipped with a large 55" LG OLED smart TV with free channels and free access to Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+ channels. The space is completed by a dining table.

THE KITCHEN: a separated modern kitchen fully equipped with induction hob, electrical oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster.

THE BEDROOMS: each one of the two bedrooms has its own private bathroom with shower. In addition, they are equipped with large 48" LG OLED smart TVs with free channels and free access to Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ channels.

Linens, towels and slippers are provided and included in the rate.

Italian breakfast is also included in the rate, with a wide choice of croissants jams, honey, Nutella, cereals, milk, tea infusions and coffee, toasts, fruit juice, cookies.

Complimentary water bottles are in the fridge at your arrival.
